REINVENTS
Adamus is the result of the junction of two Greek words ADAMAR, which means smooth and ADAMAS, which means diamond.
This was the symbol chosen to represent the sublime spirit of our gin and its bottle, whose cork is cut like a diamond.

Four generations of
History and Innovation
It is surprising that almost a century has passed since our family started producing the first wines in the Bairrada region. It was from this experience that we took the first steps in the art of distillation, giving rise to what would become Destilaria Levira.
With no rush, with the passion that distinguishes us and with more wisdom in our luggage, it was in 2014 that we decided to innovate and head to new markets with our first private label.
Choosing the Baga variety, typical of our region, as a differentiating element and a link between the three products. Adamus is the icing on the cake of Destilaria Levira and is born from the genuine spirit of the desire to create differentiating products.
Sublime, this brand symbolizes all our experience and our values, materialized in a premium Organic Dry Gin, a 20 Years Old Wine Spirit and a sophisticated Marc Spirit.

Our passion! Passion for distillation, represented in the superior quality of Adamus distillates where the choice of each botanist is made with care and the distillation is carried out with the utmost rigor under the watchful eye of our master distiller; Passion for our land, represented by the use of the Baga grape variety, typical of our region but also represented by Bairrada; and Passion for our country, represented by the 100% natural cork stopper at the top of each Adamus bottle.
