LAVANDA

CANELA

NARANJA
La naranja es muy conocida por ser fuente de vitamina C. En Adamus Gin, la naranja aporta un toque cítrico y afrutado que equilibra toda la estructura aromática.

La genuina pasión por la destilación le lleva a superar fácilmente las barreras y elevar a un nuevo máximo la calidad de los productos que pasan por su mano. Siempre sugerente y comprometido, consigue conjugar la irreverencia y la constancia en el acto de destilar, factor clave para que cada destilado sea “el” destilado.
Para Nuno Morais, la maestría, el enfoque y la resiliencia en la ejecución son el secreto de la alta calidad de cada espíritu Adamus.
Pedro Carvalho – Brand Founder
Pedro Carvalho es un visionario, tiene la capacidad de interpretar y evaluar el mundo en general de una manera más asertiva, sensata y perspicaz. En esencia, “descompone el mundo de una manera diferente”.
A su juicio, cree y defiende que solo es posible tener un retorno de la inversión, por lo que invierte, investiga y trabaja duro, siempre bajo el lema de que “el sueño” se haga realidad.
Naturalmente, Pedro Carvalho es un gran motivador y conductor de todo el equipo.

Baga es una de las principales variedades de uva portuguesas que le da estructura a Adamus Gin y una expresión de nuestro origen y terruño.

Desde temprana edad, Sara Baía, conocedora profunda de las capacidades de su equipo, soñó y luchó por tener su propia marca de excelencia, que, a modo de empoderamiento, enfatice toda la matriz de saberes y trabajo que conocía internamente.
Con un ojo “clínico” hasta el más mínimo detalle, su nivel de exigencia y pasión por lo que entrega, hace que Adamus esté siempre presente de manera impecable.
Sin este nivel de exigencia, Adamus hoy no tendría el aspecto visual y el perfil de sabor que tantos adoran en todo el mundo.
Rui Cruz – Oenology and Master Blender
Todo lo que hace Rui Cruz está cargado de emociones, sentimientos y sensaciones. Desafiador por naturaleza, basa su trabajo en el desempeño científico y enológico, probando todo y comprobando todo, investigando y evaluando cada detalle y detalle.
Su experiencia en el campo de la enología y su memoria olfativa de todo lo que degusta son algunos detalles que realzan la exigente calidad de todos los productos finales. Los “eternos insatisfechos” en cuanto a calidad se refiere, no hay “un ápice” de Adamus que se vaya sin estar al más alto nivel.
La vena “científico-poética” de Rui Cruz es uno de los principales factores que aseguran que Adamus se mantenga apasionado a lo largo de los años.

Senza questo livello di domanda, Adamus oggi non avrebbe l’aspetto visivo e il profilo gustativo che tanti amano in tutto il mondo.
Rui Cruz – Oenology and Master Blender
Tutto ciò che fa Rui Cruz è carico di emozioni, sentimenti e sensazioni. Auto-sfidante per natura, basa il suo lavoro su prestazioni scientifiche ed enologiche, testando tutto e dimostrando tutto, indagando e valutando ogni dettaglio e dettaglio.
La sua esperienza nel campo dell’enologia e la sua memoria olfattiva di tutto ciò che assaggia sono alcuni dettagli che esaltano l’esigente qualità di tutti i prodotti finali. L'”eterno insoddisfatto” quando si parla di qualità, non c’è “un briciolo” di Adamus che se ne va senza essere al massimo livello.
La vena “scientifico-poetica” di Rui Cruz è uno dei principali fattori che fanno sì che Adamus rimanga appassionato negli anni.
Pedro Carvalho – Brand Founder
Pedro Carvalho è un visionario, ha la capacità di interpretare e valutare il mondo in generale in un modo più assertivo, sensato e perspicace. In sostanza, “scompone il mondo in un modo diverso”.
A suo avviso, crede e difende che solo un ritorno sull’investimento è possibile, quindi investe, ricerca e lavora sodo, sempre all’insegna del motto che “il sogno” diventa realtà.
Naturalmente, Pedro Carvalho è un grande motivatore e pilota dell’intera squadra.
Questo Spirito è stato ciò che ha permesso ad Adamus di arrivare dove è oggi e nel modo unico in cui è arrivato.
Nuno Morais – Master Distiller
Non esiste un lavoro impossibile per Nuno Morais. Il massimo impegno è ciò che lo definisce. Non c’è una sola goccia di distillato che non sia al suo massimo esponente. Per lui non esiste obiettivo più definito di quello dell’eccellenza produttiva.
La genuina passione per la distillazione lo porta a superare facilmente le barriere ed elevare la qualità dei prodotti che passano per le sue mani ad un nuovo massimo. Sempre suggestivo e impegnato, riesce a coniugare irriverenza e perseveranza nell’atto di distillare, fattore fondamentale affinché ogni distillato sia “il” distillato.
Per Nuno Morais, maestria, concentrazione e resilienza nell’esecuzione sono il segreto dell’alta qualità di ogni spirito Adamus.
GINEPRO
Il ginepro è un ottimo antibatterico ed è la base di tutto il gin. In Adamus Gin il ginepro è importante per la struttura del gin nel suo insieme
LIMONE
Il limone è principalmente importante per il suo valore nutritivo di vitamina C e potassio. In Adamus Gin, il limone dona un tocco agrumato, conferendogli una freschezza speciale.
ARANCIA
L’arancia è nota per essere una fonte di vitamina C. In Adamus Gin, l’arancia dona un tocco agrumato e fruttato che bilancia l’intera struttura aromatica.
CANNELA
