It contains 18 individually distilled botanicals, its main inspiration being the Baga bairradina grape variety. The flavor is intense and fresh, with a floral and citrus aroma. Surprisingly, it defies the expectations of drinking a gin.
THE BOTANISTS
We redefined the destiny of the variety grape, typical of Bairrada, experimenting with it as a botanist in Adamus Organic Dry Gin, and the result was surprising. But there are more botanicals that give it its unique character: hibiscus, juniper, orange, lemon, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and more daring ones like sage and lavender.

In the aftertaste and nose retro aroma we can feel the evidence of fresh crushed juniper berry, spicy reminiscent of cardamom, exotic cinnamon and the spicy robustness of ginger.
