AVIATION COCKTAIL
This is a classic cocktail with its origins in the 20th century. It has a light blue color due to the crème de violette and it is a smooth and floral cocktail. To make your own Aviation cocktail you need a PREMIUM GIN, maraschino liqueur, crème de violette and fresh lemon juice.
- 15 ml Maraschino liqueur
- 10 ml Crème de violette
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 50 ml of ADAMUS GIN
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake it for 20 seconds. Then, strain it into a chilled martini glass. You can garnish it with a cherry.
